SMS Terms

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms apply to the Armis Tech Net text message program (“Armis Tech Net Alerts”), operated by Armis RV Guardian LLC (“Armis,” “we,” “us”).

Who receives messages

Technicians and RV service shops who enroll in Armis Tech Net and check the text message consent box during enrollment. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in.

What we send

• Alerts about new sales and installation opportunities in your service area
• Confirmations when you claim a job, and reminders before job deadlines
• Account notices, such as enrollment approval or changes to your status

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How often

Message frequency varies with the number of jobs in your service area.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Armis does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Opting out of texts does not cancel your enrollment; you will continue to receive job alerts by email. To start texts again, reply START or update your preferences in your account.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
